The Gamecocks drove 70 yards in six plays that took 47 seconds on the game-winning march.
The touchdown was scored on a shovel pass from LaNorris Sellers to Eaheim Sanders. with 15 seconds left.
It was the fifth TD pass of the game for Sellers.
