Hello everyone. A small, motionless, and seemingly dreadful kitten lay on the road. Passersby approached and realized that the strange furry ball was just a small, weak but still alive kitten. The victim was urgently transported under the care of the shelter volunteers.
Eye injuries, fractured leg and hip, dislocated jaw – these are just a partial list of the injuries documented by the veterinarian during the examination. The two-month-old kitten likely had been hit by a car and miraculously survived. The volunteers and doctors fought relentlessly to save her life. They named her Yusha.
As soon as she regained strength and could stand up, she immediately amazed everyone by quickly learning how to use the litter box: even in her condition, she was still a true little lady! After the injury, Yusha lost the ability to see with one eye, but this didn’t stop her from living a happy and fulfilling life. Like all kittens, Yusha was energetic and curious, enjoying running, jumping, and playing most of the time.
Taking care of an injured cat is not an easy task, but the volunteers were determined to provide a good hand for Yusha. Many shelter friends worried about Yusha’s fate, and finally, one day, a couple stepped through its doorstep. They lovingly embraced the beautiful creature and declared that she would now live with them! As the new owners said, she truly liked it in her new home.
Yusha happily sends her greetings and proves through her own example that anything is possible in this world – even escaping if you are a small injured kitten.
